\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0The ultra-right-wing president Javier Milei has just pulled off a colossal scam. He did it from the highest presidential office, linked to shady people who frequented the Casa Rosada, and as the hours go by, responsibility is becoming more and more evident. What is to be done in the face of such a national and international scandal?<\/i><\/div>\n
\u00a0<\/i><\/div>\n
\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0<\/i>Javier Milei was a fundamental part of the scam. In these following pages, we explain the mechanism of such a speculative financial manoeuvre. To note that, within three minutes of the launch of this ‘bitcoin’, Milei promoted it, generating a bubble that then vanished a few hours later, proving this conclusively. As always, the delinquent financiers win, leaving the bettors in the dust. Milei justified it in his scripted interview on TN with journalist Jonatan Viale, saying that it was \u2018the same as a casino\u2019.<\/div>\n

The government’s alibis are beginning to collapse like a house of cards in the face of the evidence of the networks linked to the Casa Rosada. Milei has done the same before becoming president; it was his profession when he worked for the company of a certain Mauricio Novelli. He did the same when he was a deputy, with businessmen who are now in prison. Hayden Davis, the creator of $Libra, said that he \u2018made a deal with Milei\u2019 and was his advisor, something that was acknowledged by the president in the aforementioned interview. This is linked to other evidence. It was also revealed that Karina \u2018el Jefe\u2019 Milei was the one who allegedly raised money with this scam. Agust\u00edn Laje, who presides over the Faro Foundation that promoted the dinner in Puerto Madero, raising ten million dollars to form libertarian cadres and finance\u00a0La Libertad Avanza<\/i>, also appears in the photos with these characters.<\/p>\n

\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0It is said that Milei did not know what it was about, that he was not advised, that he was made this bed and so the fault lies solely with his entourage. All this is purely a ploy to get out of such a political mess and possible criminal convictions or impeachment.<\/div>\n

The extreme seriousness of all this is that Milei did so by invoking his presidential investiture. From the highest level of power, he was responsible for encouraging this colossal private swindle. Milei’s line that this crypto-trout was to finance some SMEs, shows how far the lying discourse of this ultra-right-winger can go. Precisely when the recession is wreaking havoc and layoffs are on the rise as a result of his nefarious policies.<\/p>\n

The CGT together with the CTA should call for a big united march of repudiation<\/b><\/i>
\nFrom Izquierda Socialista we immediately repudiate this scam and Milei, and we point out that it is proof that he governs for speculation and the financial bicycle, the big economic groups, the multinationals, banks and the IMF. Milei is Donald Trump’s doormat, who has just authorised his multinationals to pay bribes around the world to facilitate his predatory business.
\nSomeone wondered: if we learn about this now, imagine the deals they will be doing with the RIGI. Or the new scam being prepared with the IMF by Caputo. A minister who, knowing what it is all about, closed ranks and said that there was no crime, malice or corruption in Milei’s case. The same minister who foisted upon the working class the 45 billion dollars he agreed with the IMF when he was Mauricio Macri’s finance minister.
\nPollsters are already measuring the impact on the government and Milei’s image. They say that independents, who had been supporting Milei but were hesitant or losing patience, have stepped up their criticism. \u2018The president’s word began to be questioned,\u2019 they say. It does not make sense that he is an \u2018economic expert\u2019 or a \u2018global leader\u2019 as he presents himself.<\/div>\n
\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0This serious act must not go unpunished. The\u00a0Frente de Izquierda<\/i>\u00a0has asked in Congress for an urgent interpellation of the government and from\u00a0Izquierda Socialista<\/i>\u00a0and the\u00a0Partido Obrero<\/i>\u00a0in\u00a0FIT Unidad<\/i>\u00a0for impeachment. There are already criminal charges in Argentina and in the United States. The\u00a0Uni\u00f3n por la Patria<\/i>\u00a0bloc in the Chamber of Deputies is also calling for impeachment. But the focus should not be on Congress (where the opposition has been endorsing the government’s laws) but on continuing to confront Milei in the streets and his brutal chainsaw.<\/div>\n

February 1st marked the way, where a massive national repudiation of Milei’s bigotry took place, with hundreds of thousands in the streets. Now the government has suffered another political slap in the face. The CGT (General Confederation of Labour<\/i>) must abandon the pact with the government and immediately call, together with the CTA (Workers’ Trade Union Centre of Argentina<\/i>), for a united repudiation march, summoning all the sectors that repudiate Milei (see note CGT and Peronism in these pages), as part of a plan of struggle that includes a general strike. In rejection of the swindler Milei and for an immediate increase in wages and pensions, against dismissals and other demands of the working people. This is the most immediate and urgent task at this time.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
