We at Internationalist Fight are clear about the need to support Ukrainian resistance to the Russian invasion. Together with our international organisation, the International Workers’ Unity- IV International (IWU-FI), we have participated in Operation Solidarity.
The aim is to provide the Ukrainian left with political and material support from anti-authoritarian, anti-fascist and revolutionary organisations in Europe and around the world and to build a solidarity movement from class independence.
We are against NATO, but unlike much of the European left, which uses it as a justification for Putin’s imperialist aggression, we consider it unjustifiable from a working class perspective.
Operation Solidarity is an international solidarity campaign carried by different currents of the Ukrainian anti-authoritarian left, united on a common platform against the Russian invasion and directly involved in resistance, both militarily, through Territorial Defence, and through humanitarian aid, through the trade unions and the reception of internally displaced persons.

Operation Solidarity
Who are we?
Operation Solidarity is a voluntary anti-authoritarian network organised during the war to help all left forces in society to oppose together the imperialist aggression against Ukraine.
What do we do?
We raise aid and funds for the people fighting in Territorial Defence, for their families and for refugees. We support left grassroots initiatives that unite people for a common goal. These funds are used to buy and deliver humanitarian aid, military protective equipment and much needed medical supplies to Ukraine.
